ALL materials are due on materials deadline date with copy instructions in writing from the client. Written instructions are required for each month of the contract period, whether or not copy instructions change.
Commercial Material Requirements
- For Medical Advisory Board Approval: DVD or VHS tape
- AccentHealth’s Medical Advisory Board approves all commercial messages for appropriateness for the waiting room. Please send DVD or VHS tape at least 10 working days before materials deadline date. If new spots are in development, scripts/storyboards should precede videotapes.
- For Air: Digibeta or BetaSP
Program Guide
- Logo as EPS or JPEG file on disc or e-mailed
Billboard Material Requirements (If Necessary)
- Typed script for :10 voice-over
- Logo as EPS or JPEG file on disc or e-mailed
- Produced :10 billboard on Beta SP
