Ad Specifications
All advertising should be provided in a digital format with all fonts and images embedded. Embedded images must be a minimum of 300 dpi and CMYK. Files containing RGB or LAB images and/or True Type fonts will not be accepted.

Booking due 8 weeks in advance of program start. Ad and brochure samples (if applicable) are due 7 weeks prior to program start. If brochures are not a standard 4” or 6” wide or are larger than 10 pages, samples are due at, or prior to booking. Brochures are due 4 weeks prior to program start and must be shipped to our warehouse in Pineville, NC. Brochure quantity is based on the size of the brochure.
Proof of Delivery
Signed affidavit upon installation and poster change.
