How will I be compensated for my time?
To thank you for your time, you may be entered into a sweepstakes (prizes vary) or be eligible to receive an honorarium.
Our standard survey honoraria (if not a contest) are distributed via e-gift cards. You will be able to select from a wide variety of websites/retailers.
When I can expect to receive my incentive?
Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time of survey completion to receive your honorarium. Your gift certificate will be sent via email from research@accenthealthmedia.com. To ensure your gift card is delivered successfully, please add research@accenthealthmedia.com to your email’s safe sender list.
Occasionally, these emails will filter to a junk or spam folder; please check regularly to ensure your incentive is not missed.
It’s been 6 weeks. Why haven’t I received my incentive?
IIf you participated in a survey more than 6 weeks ago and have still not received your honoraria, please email research@accenthealthmedia.com. Please provide us with as much information as possible about the survey you took and we will look into the status of your incentive. We will reply to your inquiry within 3-5 business days.
I received my gift card via email but can’t redeem it. What do I do?
If you have received your reward email from research@accenthealthmedia.com, but receive an error message or have another technical issue with the email, please reach out directly to our gift card partner, Tango Card. Tango Card’s contact information will be provided in the email you receive.
How do I participate in future AccentHealth surveys?
We are always looking for viewers to join AccentHealth Consumer Connections, a network of viewers like you who are interested in offering us ongoing feedback. To join, click here and take a brief survey so we can learn a little more about you.
I no longer wish to participate in AccentHealth’s Consumer Connections. How do I opt-out?
Please email our Consumer Connections team directly at ConsumerConnections@accenthealthmedia.com and your request will be processed.
There is also a link at the bottom of every survey invitation that can be clicked on which will remove you from the panel.
