How will I be compensated for my time?
To thank you for your time, you may be entered into a sweepstakes (prizes vary) or be eligible to receive an honorarium.
Our standard survey honoraria (if not a contest) are distributed via e-gift cards. You will be able to select from over 300 retailers, travel, entertainment options, and more.
When I can expect to receive my incentive?
Please allow 6-8 weeks from the time of survey completion to receive your honorarium. Your gift certificate will be sent via email from hallmarkbusiness@hallmarkbusiness.com with the subject line: “Hallmark Business Connections has sent you a Reward Choice Certificate.” To ensure your gift card is delivered successfully, please add hallmarkbusiness@hallmarkbusiness.com to your email’s safe sender list.
Occasionally, these emails will filter to a junk or spam folder; please check regularly to ensure your incentive is not missed.
It’s been 8 weeks. Why haven’t I received my incentive?
If you participated in a survey more than 8 weeks ago and have still not received your honoraria, please fill out this Customer Form. Please provide us with as much information as possible about the survey you took and we will look into the status. We will reply to your inquiry within 3-5 business days.
I received my gift card via email but can’t redeem it. What do I do?
If you have received your reward email from Hallmark Business Connections but receive an error message or have another technical issue with the email, please notify us of the issue by clicking here and filling out the necessary information.

[PANEL] I no longer wish to participate in AccentHealth’s Patient Perspectives. How do I opt-out?
If you would like to opt out of the AccentHealth panel, you may request to be removed by clicking here to cancel your membership online. The use of any other mechanism to request that your membership be cancelled (i.e. via email) could result in the delay of your membership cancellation.
There is also a link at the bottom of every survey invitation that can be clicked on which will remove you from the panel.
